I have also tried making breaded chicken and they were crispy on the outside and moist on the inside. I will be purchasing additional racks to bake more cookies. Very efficient, fast, and easy clean up. Able to cook complete meals after work in less than an hour because of the convection. Chicken breasts and veggies, large frozen pizzas. I recommend using a pizza stone to get the pizza crispy.
