What are the delivery charges for orders from the Online Shop?
Free Shipping is included with all of our Appliances within the continental United States.
Which payment methods are accepted in the Online Shop?
We accept all major Credit Cards.
How long will delivery take?
Please expect 5 to 9 business days from the date of purchase.
What if I need Expedited shipping?
Expedited shipping is offered at an additional cost. Please specify during checkout under the Order Notes box at the bottom of the page that you need expedited shipping and one of our representatives will be in contact with you.
How secure is shopping in the Online Shop? Is my data protected?
Your information is secured by a 2048-bit SSL Certificate with 256-bit Encryption. In other words it would take a modern desktop computer over 6.4 quadrillion years to hack using brute force. Our store is also scanned regularly by McAffe SECURE.
What exactly happens after ordering?
For smaller items such as Range Hoods or Cooktops your order will be shipped via FedEx or UPS. For our large Appliances, you will be contacted by our assigned Freight Carrier to arrange a delivery appointment.
What if I need my order delivered to a Business Address
Please type in "Business" under the Order Notes Box at the bottom of the page and also include their Phone Number. Business addresses may include third-party carriers or warehouse locations with loading docks.
Can I pickup my order at one of your warehouse locations?
Yes, you may pickup your order at one of our warehouse locations Give us a call to find the nearest warehouse to your location: (626) 618-6108 Please make sure you bring an appropriately sized vehicle, dependent on your order. We will not be responsible for any damages after the items leave our warehouse.
Do I receive an invoice for my order?
Yes, you will receive one with your order.
